This is an awesome game. I noticed many fantasy console games are actually very good and not to mention have a retro look and feel that is consistent like an actual video game console back in the day.
Super good game! Had a lot of fun with this with a couple of gamepads. The powershots are a fun tactical dynamic and I like how the aiming happens as a result of the player's position than an additional input.
I didn't read the instructions lol, so it took me a while to figure out how to aim, but once I got it, it was a lot of fun.
It would be helpful if there was a visual indicator on each player when they had full power meter, I found it hard to look at both power meters while focusing on the game.
Is there any way to actually change the settings in the main menu?
Yeah, this game actually came about because I was playing with 3D rendering in Pico-8 and was looking for something to do with it. The characters are done as a combination of 3D models and 2D sprites to retain the retro sprite look.
A pretty well made tennis game. No bugs, no issues, and a decent aesthetic style. If I was into tennis, I might enjoy this more. To whichever hipster who feels like playing an obscure, but nice looking tennis game, this is the one for you. Perhaps some music wouldn't go a miss, but other than that, pretty solid.
A technical notability would be the spinning tennis field rendered in 2D or 2.5D. However it's done, it looks good anyway. I hope to see this become a fun party game.

I love this! It's incredible how you were able to do so much with such a simple idea. Movement feels great, hitting the ball feels good. Nice job!
